Listing Services

Double Transaction (DT Commission) – 3.5% total commission
When you sell your home and purchase another home with Mavar Realty, the total commission to list your home will be 3.5%: 1% to Mavar Realty and 2.5% to the Selling Office. This is a Full Service Listing with all the services and marketing listed below. We appreciate your business and as an independent Broker, we can offer you this huge savings. We are not commission driven!

Example:

Standard 6% commission : $500,000 sale price x 6% = $30,000

Mavar Realty DT Commission: $500,000 x 3.5% = $17,500

You SAVE $12,500

Full Service – 5% - 6% (determined at time listing contract is signed)
Includes: Featured listing on Realtor.com**, entry in the Multiple Listing Service, staging your home, full color photo flyers, virtual tour, Website listing, Broker/Agent Tour with food and beverage, One Evening Open house for VIPS and local dignitaries, Weekend Open Houses (optional, at clients request), flyer distribution to local area Realtor offices, flyer distribution via email to more than 6,000 agents in 3 counties, postcard mailing to local area neighbors, feedback report of all agent showings, Agent to attend all inspections, Disclosures and other forms and contracts coordinated through the close of escrow. This service also includes complimentary Termite Inspection and Report.
** A featured listing on Realtor.com is multiple photos and description on the first page of the city where it is located. A regular listing is one photo and limited information and it is not on the first page.

MLS Entry and Negotiation = 1% of selling price plus $2500
Includes listing on the Multiple Listing Service, negotiating the sale with the Buyer’s Agent, overseeing all disclosures and contracts through the close of escrow.
