If you are considering selling your home, you probably want to downsize, upsize or relocate. Mavar Realty will work diligently to maximize the proceeds from your sale. Commissions are negotiable and we have a selection of services to choose from below.

Listing Services

Double Transaction – 3.5% TOTAL
If you sell your home AND purchase another home through Mavar Realty, the TOTAL commission for listing your home will be 3.5%. (1% for listing and 2.5% to the selling agent)  This will save you more than enough to pay for most, if not all of your closing costs!!!

Full Service – 5% - 6% of selling price
Includes: Featured listing on Realtor.com**, entry in the Multiple Listing Service, staging your home, media placement, full color photo flyers, virtual tour, private showings (agent will be at ALL showings), Broker/Agent Tour with food and beverage supplied, Sat. and Sun. Open House (optional for Seller), flyer distribution to local area Realtor offices, attendance at all inspectors and buyer appointments and overseeing all disclosures and contracts through the close of escrow.  We will also pay for the Termite Inspection and Home Warranty.
** A featured listing on Realtor.com is multiple photos and description on the first page of the city where it is located. A regular listing is one photo and limited information.

MLS Listing and Negotiating the Sale = 1% of selling price plus $2500
Includes listing on the Multiple Listing Service, negotiating the sale with the Buyer’s Agent, overseeing all disclosures and contracts through the close of escrow.
